Who sends me my order?

It's the illustrator themselves! Each author carefully prepares their package in their studio. La Belle Illustration is not a storage warehouse: we favor the short circuit between the artist and you.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. POLYGUN company secures the transaction. Money is held in escrow and is only released to the author once you have received and validated your order.

Illustrator Side

How are prices determined?

You are completely free to set your own rates. POLYGUN takes a fixed commission on each sale to ensure the technical operation of the site and advertising. The rest is paid to you upon receipt of the package by the customer.

Why is a minimum of 6 illustrations required?

To provide a consistent experience to visitors, we ask each store to have a strong visual identity. A selection of at least 6 works reassures the buyer about your commitment and style.

Can I sell if I don't have an Ultra-book account?
